Returns

Each piece in our collection is carefully sourced vintage. As these items are pre-owned, subtle signs of wear may be present. Any notable imperfections are always clearly detailed in the product description.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must email us within this timeframe quoting their order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original condition
No signs of wear/damage
All original packaging must be included where applicable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
